With over two decades of experience across Australia, South Africa, and the Middle East, Belinda has led hospitals, health services, and high-performing teams through successful transformations. In addition to community pharmacies, clinics and aged care, Belinda founded Rustenburg Medicare Hospital, a 117 bed acute and emergency facility which she lead through 11 years of growth and success leading a team of over 500 staff. As a GM and CEO, Belinda demonstrated exceptional leadership, overseeing all operational aspects and achieving remarkable growth numbers that surpassed market averages. Her leadership style, characterized by empowerment, accountability, inclusion and motivation, fosters a united working team striving towards a common goal. Under her guidance, facilities have experienced an unprecedented attrition rate of below 1%, a testament to her ability to create a positive and engaging work environment.
Belinda is a qualified pharmacist with a Master's Degree in International Management and a Postgraduate Degree in International Public Health and brings deep insight into both people and systems with her vast experience. Her interactions with diverse individuals have equipped her with a deep cultural respect and understanding. Dr Flip Oberholzer:
Clinical Psychologist and Organisational Consultant
Dr. Flip Oberholzer 's career has spanned over 40 years across South Africa and Australia. With academic qualifications including a Doctorate in Psychology (D.Litt et Phil) and a Master's in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Oberholzer has developed a rich legacy in both the clinical and corporate arenas. He is dually registered with AHPRA (Australia) and HPCSA (South Africa), and is a Principal Supervisor and endorsed Clinical Psychologist.
Dr. Oberholzer’s professional journey includes leadership positions in academia, private practice, industrial organisations, and national corporations. He founded and directed multiple psychology practices, including the Psychological and Health Institute and FundoSA, focusing on mental health treatment, pain management, performance coaching, and psychological assessments.
He held senior roles such as Relations Manager at Saldanha Steel and Skills Facilitator at Mossgas, where he led strategic HR projects, industrial relations, and employee wellbeing programs. In academia, he lectured at leading South African universities, acted as Head of Department of Psychology at the University of the North, and trained intern psychologists. His clinical and academic contributions include published research and conference presentations in the fields of stress, trauma, hypnosis, cross-cultural psychology, and workplace health.A prolific lifelong learner, Dr. Oberholzer has completed over 60 advanced professional development courses in areas such as neuropsychology, schema therapy, hypnotherapy, chronic pain, trauma, and leadership. He is also an international speaker and contributor to clinical forums and national conferences.
Currently based in Victoria, Australia, Dr. Oberholzer continues to consult privately while also supporting mental health practitioner networks and community wellbeing initiatives. Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, he combines evidence-based practice with deep cultural sensitivity and professional wisdom.
